Nature of the mutation

The allele is a transgenic zebrafish line Tg(rag2:AURKB;rag2:mCherry) in which the mCherry is expressed in thymuses at approximately 80 hpf.

Genotyping assay

Genotyping of the Tg(rag2:AURKB;rag2:mCherry) allele is based on the fluorescent microscopy. The red fluorescent protein expression was observed in thymuses at approximately 80 hpf.
